Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PicStat application. By using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscriptions and Purchases

PicStat offers three subscription tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) available in monthly or yearly plans via In-App Purchases.

Subscription Plans

  • Bronze: The essentials to get started
  • Silver: For content creators
  • Gold: The total power of PicStat

Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Automatic Renewal

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Management and Cancellation

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings (App Store or Google Play) after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Intellectual Property

The application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PicStat and its licensors.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create. By posting content, you represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PicStat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
